Remember when we met that day

Remember when we met that day?
The way you got glue in your hair and almost everywhere.
When you walked people just stared and giggled.
I admit I chuckled a bit.
But I stayed and asked about you.
By the end of the day we said our bye's
I'm stuck thinking
"Will I see her again?"
In weeks time, I get a pop up
"Special someone wants to be your friend"
Heck yea! I'm Happy you remember me.
Messages trade back and forth,
For until we get sleepy.
Text after text I catch myself smiling
To your name on my screen.
As days go by,
Weeks widdle down,
February 14th came.
Remember what I promised that day?
Well I'm a broken record,
So I'll keep telling you What I promised you:
I will do my best for you.
Call me, text me, Message me;
do nothing, anything or maybe even everything.
I'll always want to hear you.
You know I'll do my best for you?
You shun me off, Elbow Me away. Don't worry I'll still stay.
Hey, bad days come and go.
But I won't.
Don't know if you know,
Your pain and aches make me worry.
I try to hurry to you when you cry.
Seeing watered eyes heighten my intension.
Attention is called to tell it all.
Ear to ear to hear it said so clearly-
You're not used to what I'm giving you.
My attention has been paid full.
I've paved a road telling you what I can't tell you.
You don't need to be protective, hesitated
Or even afraid of affection.
All along its been in my intension.
To comfort you in any way.
Hold you close to this day.
May as well tell you what I'll do everyday.
I'll stay awake to talk to you everyday.
I'll walk with you home everyday.
I'll pick up your call everyday.
I'll ask how you are everyday.
I still remember when we met that day.

I have loved you since I met you...

I've loved you since I met you,
Though there's nothing I can do.
You've really hurt my feelings,
And I deserve better than you.
I thought you said you loved me,
But I guess I heard wrong.
It's not going to help to come over here,
And sing a pathetic love song.
You hurt me with the truth,
You said you didn't care.
But you know? In my mind,
I really don't think that's fair.
Being with you,
Made my world seem worth while.
You can't just pretend like you don't know me,
And put me away in some ex-girlfriend file.
To you, my feelings mean nothing,
To me they mean the world.
You cannot get rid of
The love that we shared.
You ruined my life,
Made my heart bleed.
Love is like money,
You can also take it out of greed.
The words you said to me,
Though as gentle as a dove,
Made me think,
So much for my first love.

A life of loneliness and one filled with pain...

Loneliness
Do you know a life of loneliness and one filled with pain
living a life with nothing to gain. Surrounded by darkness
Overwhelmed with shame. A life without peace with no one to blame.

Do you know of a place unseen, a place that holds only shattered dreams, A place filled with sorrow with no end in sight, I am given this gift each and every night.

Do you know of a place so cold, this is the place I call my soul. A place without hope or comforting dreams, a life not worth living wouldn't it seem

Do you know of a life, that should have never been, and the feeling that today, this life has to end. One more day of sadness is much too hard to bare, I am tired of living a life of heart ache and despair.

Do you know a person with so much pain inside, or the feeling of loneliness when no one hears your cries, maybe when the tears are gone, and I can clearly see, the only question left will be..
DO YOU KNOW me

She tells him she loves him...

love poetry

She tells him she loves him, when really she doesn't care,
all along she plays this game unfair.
He thinks that he loves her, when he can really care less,
he's just in need of someone to caress.

They go on with this relationship or whatever it might be,
as long as they think each others happy.
Sadness in her eyes, his disappointment deep inside,
they both feel the need to die.

She wipes her tears, as he wipes his own,
they do love each other it's just their evil clone.
They say to one another I love you so,
and throughout this struggle there's no letting go.

I'm that girl and my boyfriends that boy,
and now we hope life we can enjoy.
We try our hardest not to fight,
and in the end hold each other tight.

Because love is both wicked and good,
I just wish from the start we understood.
That there's no letting go, no turning back,
no giving up, of this we lacked.

My love is of a birth as rare...

My love is of a birth as rare
As 'tis for object strange and high:
It was begotten by Despair
Upon Impossibility.
Magnanimous Despair alone
Could show me so divine a thing,
Where feeble Hope could ne'er have flown
But vainly flapped its tinsel wing.
And yet I quickly might arrive
Where my extended soul is fixed
But Fate does iron wedges drive,
And always crowds itself betwixt.
For Fate with jealous eye does see
Two perfect loves, nor lets them close:
Their union would her ruin be,
And her tyrranic power depose.
And therefore her decrees of steel
Us as the distant Poles have placed
(Though Love's whole world on us doth wheel)
Not by themselves to be embraced,
Unless the giddy heaven fall,
And earth some new convulsion tear;
And, us to join, the world should all
Be cramped into a planisphere.
As lines (so loves) oblique may well
Themselves in every angle greet:
But ours so truly parallel,
Though infinite, can never meet.
Therefore the love which us both bind,
But Fate so enviously debars,
Is the conjunction of the mind,
And opposition of the stars.
